Crestwood is a smoke-free facility. A credit card is required to reserve lodging at The Inn at Crestwood. You must be 18 years of age to reserve lodging at The Inn at Crestwood. All gift certificates are subject to availability and also require advanced reservations.
Guests may check-in as early as 3:00pm on the reserved arrival date and should checkout by 11:00am on the day of departure. Extended checkout times are granted upon availability and will not exceed 1:00pm on the scheduled checkout day. For your security, the credit card used to confirm the reservation will be required for imprint and authorization at check-in.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on bookings of more than three rooms and for some holiday and special events.
Lodging rates are based on double occupancy per night. Rates are subject to a North Carolina sales tax of 7.75%, and an additional Watauga county tax of 6%. Rates are seasonal and subject to change during holidays or special events, and may require minimum stays. Summer and fall rates apply May 1st through October 31st. Winter and spring rates apply November 1st through April 30th. Crestwood may require a two night minimum stay for our guests on weekends May - October.
Due to the size of the Inn, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, and your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of one nights stay or 50% of your total stay- which ever is less. In the likely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made minus a $50 processsing fee.
Our Inn will accept well-trained pets in two of the four cottages at Crestwood. Should your pet join you during your stay, a twenty-five dollar ($25) per pet fee is required each night. A two-hundred dollar ($200) credit card authorization is also necessary in order to recover any damages or additional cleaning fees that may occur. All unattended pets must be secured in crates to ensure daily housekeeping service. Pets are accepted on a limited basis and we ask that availability inquirers be made prior to arrival.
